Kapoor 2.0 Return Policy

Returns: 

• No returns/exchange on sale products.
• We only accept returns in India
• Returns can only be made within 3 days of delivery for non-sale products. We strictly do not accept after 3 days.
• Refund will only be in the form of store credit and not credited to original payment method
• No returns on products bought in exhibitions.
• A product is eligible for return only once.
• Store credit will be issued only once per order.
• Items purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
• We offer only store credits in cases of cancellations, no refunds will be made

Exchanges:

• No exchanges will be made, only returns.
• No exchanges on products bought in exhibitions or on sale

Conditions for Store Credit:

• Store credit is valid for 2 months after return
• You can login with your email, used for the original purchase
• You can see all your past orders and also store credit
• You can then use your store credit at the time of checkout 

Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

How to process a return-

If your order is fulfilled, only then you can request return

Login to your account

A verification email will be sent once you create an account. 

Click on 'Visit Store' and it will show you all past orders.

Select your product for return and follow the steps. Subject to approval, you will receive confirmation and updates via email.

You can see your store credits by logging into your account and use it to checkout.

• COD only in India with an additional Rs. 250 charge
